Free public beta until December 4, 2026: every course is open, no card needed. After that, the first chapter of each course stays free and full access is a one-time $39 ($19 for up to 100 founding members chosen for helpful feedback). Your progress is kept. How the beta works

About the open beta

Last updated 2026-10-23

ai-teacher is in a free public beta until December 4, 2026. Everything is open to everyone during the beta, at no cost. This page says exactly what changes afterwards, so there are no surprises.

During the beta

  • Every chapter of every course is open, with its quizzes, practice, exams and interactive figures.
  • No card is needed and nothing is charged. There is no trial that turns into a subscription and nothing that bills you automatically.
  • It is a beta. Expect the odd bug, and lessons that improve while you use them. If something looks wrong, use the Feedback button on any page. We read every report.

After the beta

  • Still free: the first chapter of every course, and all of College Algebra. You keep a free account for as long as you like.
  • Everything else opens with the all-access pass: one payment of $39, not a subscription. It covers every course, including courses added later.
  • Nothing you did is lost. Your account, progress, notes and quiz history stay, whether or not you buy the pass.
  • You will not be charged unless you choose to buy the pass. Payments open on the pricing page; you decide then.
  • The pass comes with a 14-day refund, no questions asked (refund policy).

Founding members: $19

Up to 100 people whose feedback helps us improve the site during the beta become founding members, and get the all-access pass for $19 instead of $39.

  • Use the Feedback button to report a bug, a confusing explanation, a wrong answer key or an idea.
  • Specific helps most: which page, what you expected, what happened.
  • We choose founding members by hand from the reports that made a difference. It is not first-come, and not a count of reports.
  • If you are chosen, the pricing page shows you the founder price when payments open.

Why it's worth your time

  • Every idea explained twice: the way a textbook says it, and the way a person would say it.
  • Interactive figures you can drag and change, on nearly every topic.
  • Instant grading of typed math, code and written sentences, with hints, not just right or wrong.
  • No ads, no subscription, and the first chapter of everything free for good.
