Free public beta until December 4, 2026: every course is open, no card needed. After that, the first chapter of each course stays free and full access is a one-time $39 ($19 for up to 100 founding members chosen for helpful feedback). Your progress is kept. How the beta works

jump table

A list of addresses in memory, one per case of a switch, so the program can jump straight to the right case by looking it up.

A jump table is an array of code addresses (or offsets) indexed by a range-checked switch value; the dispatcher loads the entry and performs an indirect jump.

Examples

  • A switch over cases 0 to 5 can become six 4-byte entries, entry op holding the distance to that case's code.
