memory page
A fixed-size block of a program's addresses, usually 4 KiB (16 KiB on Apple's ARM64 Macs); memory is translated and protected a page at a time.
A (virtual) page is an aligned block of 2^p bytes of virtual address space (p = 12 for 4 KiB, 14 for 16 KiB, 16 for 64 KiB on ARM64), the unit of translation, protection and allocation.
