micro-op cache
A store of already-decoded micro-ops, so a hot loop can skip the slow x86-64 decoders.
The micro-op cache (decoded stream buffer, op cache) holds decoded micro-ops keyed by instruction address, delivering them at higher bandwidth and lower power than the legacy decoders.
