TreatWarningsAsErrors

A build setting that makes any warning fail the build, so none are ignored.

<TreatWarningsAsErrors>true</TreatWarningsAsErrors> promotes compiler and analyzer warnings to errors; WarningsAsErrors/WarningsNotAsErrors fine-tune it.
