eccentricity, diameter, and radius
How far a vertex sits from its farthest neighbor (eccentricity), and the biggest and smallest such distances across the whole graph (diameter, radius).
A vertex's eccentricity is its greatest distance to any other vertex. The graph's diameter is the largest eccentricity over all vertices; its radius is the smallest.
