integration test
A test that runs several real parts together, such as the service with a real broker and database.
An integration test exercises components together through their real interfaces, rather than replacing collaborators with test doubles.
Examples
The greenhouse integration test starts a real Mosquitto, the real ingest consumer and the real app, publishes readings, and waits until three are stored.
