override

Writing a method with the same signature as an inherited one, so yours is used instead.

A method overrides an inherited method with the same name and parameter types; it may not narrow access, and @Override makes javac verify the override.

  • @Override public String toString() { return "Point(" + x + ", " + y + ")"; }
