row equivalent
Two matrices reachable from each other by elementary row operations.
Two matrices are row equivalent if one can be reached from the other by a finite sequence of elementary row operations (swap, scale, replace). Row-equivalent augmented matrices always describe the exact same solution set, since every row operation is reversible.
