hasty generalization
Drawing a general conclusion from too few or unrepresentative cases.
A hasty generalization moves from a sample to a claim about a whole group when the sample is too small, or chosen in a way that makes it unlike the group, to support the claim.
Examples
"My two orders from that store arrived late, so all their deliveries are late."
