Free public beta until December 4, 2026: every course is open, no card needed. After that, the first chapter of each course stays free and full access is a one-time $39 ($19 for up to 100 founding members chosen for helpful feedback). Your progress is kept. How the beta works

path separator

The character between folder names in a path: / on macOS and Linux, \ on Windows.

Path components are separated by / on Unix and \ (or /) on Windows; Path and PathBuf handle the difference, and std::path::MAIN_SEPARATOR is the platform's preferred one.

Examples

  • Path::new("data").join("readings.txt") gives data/readings.txt on Linux and macOS and data\readings.txt on Windows.
