Unix signal
A short message the operating system sends a running program, like "stop" when you press Ctrl-C.
On Unix, signals (SIGINT for Ctrl-C, SIGTERM for polite termination, SIGKILL which can't be caught) interrupt a process; Windows delivers console control events instead. The ctrlc crate handles both.
