memory reordering
Another core seeing a core's memory operations happen in a different order from the one the program wrote them in.
A memory reordering is an observable difference between program order and the order in which a core's memory operations to different locations become visible to others (store-load, store-store, load-load, load-store), permitted or forbidden by the memory consistency model.
