RELRO

A protection that makes the global offset table read-only once the dynamic linker has filled it in, so a bug can't overwrite it.

RELRO (relocation read-only) maps relocated data such as the GOT read-only after load-time relocation; full RELRO (-z relro -z now) binds all PLT entries at load time so the whole GOT can be protected.
