Free public beta until December 4, 2026: every course is open, no card needed. After that, the first chapter of each course stays free and full access is a one-time $39 ($19 for up to 100 founding members chosen for helpful feedback). Your progress is kept. How the beta works

frequency response

An LTI system's DTFT of its own impulse response, H(e^{jw}) -- the factor it multiplies an input's spectrum by.

An LTI system's frequency response H(e^{j\omega}) is the DTFT of its impulse response h[n]. By the convolution theorem, Y(e^{j\omega}) = X(e^{j\omega})H(e^{j\omega}) -- the system multiplies an input's spectrum by H(e^{j\omega}), frequency by frequency.
