isolation level
How much concurrent transactions are shielded from each other's changes.
An isolation level, set with setTransactionIsolation, ranges from READ COMMITTED (PostgreSQL's default; no uncommitted data visible) to SERIALIZABLE (as if transactions ran one at a time; SQLite's behaviour).
