illicit major
A syllogism whose major term is distributed in the conclusion but not in its premise.
The fallacy of illicit major occurs when the conclusion says something about all members of the major term's class but the major premise did not.
Examples
"All dogs are mammals. No cats are dogs. So no cats are mammals."
