loaded question
A question that smuggles in an assumption, so any direct answer accepts it.
A loaded (or complex) question presupposes a claim that has not been established, so that answering it either way commits the answerer to that claim. The fix is to reject the presupposition instead of answering.
Examples
"Have you stopped wasting money on takeout?" assumes you were wasting money on takeout.
