Free public beta until December 4, 2026: every course is open, no card needed. After that, the first chapter of each course stays free and full access is a one-time $39 ($19 for up to 100 founding members chosen for helpful feedback). Your progress is kept. How the beta works

release channel

Stable, beta, or nightly: how finished the Rust you install is.

Rust ships on three channels: stable (every six weeks), beta (the next stable), and nightly (built daily, with unfinished features).

Examples

  • #![feature(gen_blocks)] needs nightly: on stable, rustc stops with E0554, "#![feature] may not be used on the stable release channel".
